About Glen

For Glen, motorcycling is more than just a passion—it’s a way of life. With over 25 years of experience in adventure biking and touring, he has explored much of Europe and beyond, from the Alps and Pyrenees to the Baltic and Balkan States. Whether riding solo, with his wife as a pillion, or leading groups, Glen thrives on sharing his extensive knowledge of routes, destinations, and riding skills.
A National BikeSafe Lead and retired police officer with 30 years of service—26 of those as a traffic cop, police motorcyclist, and driver trainer—Glen brings a wealth of expertise to Summit & Vines. His background includes advanced riding, off-road training, and VIP motorcycle escorting, making him a highly skilled and knowledgeable guide. His dedication to personal and professional development extends to helping others grow, whether through motorcycle touring or emergency driver training.
Now, as a co-founder of Summit & Vines, Glen combines his love for motorcycling, adventure, and coaching to create unforgettable touring experiences. Covering thousands of miles each year, including extensive off-road challenges, he continues to seek new horizons while guiding others on journeys that blend history, culture, and the pure thrill of the open road.
About Nick

Nick is a paramedic, emergency response driver trainer, and senior education leader, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership, and advanced rider training to Summit & Vines. With a background in workforce development and high-performance training, he has played a key role in shaping teams and ensuring excellence in education and compliance.
Before his career in emergency response, Nick worked as a food and beverage manager, developing a deep appreciation for fine wines and gastronomy. As an amateur sommelier, he brings a keen eye for exceptional wines, ensuring Summit & Vines tours offer not only thrilling motorcycle adventures but also carefully curated tasting experiences. His expertise allows riders to discover both world-renowned vineyards and hidden gems, enhancing every journey with the perfect fusion of adventure and indulgence.
His extensive paramedic experience adds a vital layer of safety and reassurance to every tour, particularly on remote or off-road adventures. Combining his emergency medical skills, strategic leadership, and passion for motorcycling, Nick helps deliver world-class, expertly managed touring experiences that blend adventure, safety, and premium customer care. Whether navigating challenging terrain or winding through Europe’s finest wine regions, he ensures that every journey is seamlessly executed—allowing riders to savor both the thrill of the road and the pleasure of expertly selected wines along the way.
